How long will my results last?

We recommend that you book a Re-Dial follow up appointment 6-8 weeks after your initial treatment. After that, we recommend that you book another session within 6-12 months. This will depend on the shade of your teeth and your eating, drinking, and lifestyle habits. Please Dial us for more information prior to booking your Re-Dial treatments.

How many session's will I need to see results?

After just one of our teeth whitening treatments you should see a noticeable change in the whiteness of your teeth!
After a Speed Dial 75 minute treatment your smile can be 4 – 8 shades brighter and whiter.
You will have more significant results immediately if you choose the Deluxe Dial treatment, which can deliver a smile

If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before booking a session with us.

Do your treatments reduce teeth stains from smoking?

Yes—our treatments are effective in removing stains and discoloration as a result of smoking. Our technicians will provide advice and assistance in regards to finding the most suitable treatment to remove the impact smoking has had on your teeth.

Will my teeth be more sensitive after the whitening treatment?

Some people experience some sensitivity whilst undergoing the treatment and for up to 2 days afterward. We recommend that you avoid extremely hot or cold food and drinks for 1-2 days after.

Do I need to have my teeth cleaned at the dentist before I have my teeth whitened?

Having your teeth cleaned at the dentist is not essential before having your teeth whitened by us.

However, if you have an excessive build-up of plaque on your teeth, the whitening gel may not adhere as well and thus not yield maximum results.

You may wish to check with your dentist if having your teeth professionally cleaned is a good idea before your treatment with us.

Please note that if you have any cause for concern (e.g. gum disease, tooth/jaw pain or tooth decay), we recommend you have your teeth checked by a dentist prior to undergoing any whitening treatments.

Will teeth whitening treatments work if I have any caps, fillings or veneers on the front of my teeth?

Yes! However, we can only whiten any cap, filling or veneer to the shade it was when it was originally put on.

We recommend that you make an appointment with your dentist to have your cap, filling or veneer colour matched by them.

What ingredients are used in the whitening paste?

Our gel consists of Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Deionised water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Carbomer, Cellulose Gum, TEOA, PVP, and menthol.

Each ingredient is compliant and non-harmful under Australian law
